Pay attention to that 30 mph speed limit! Proctor’s a small town with a small police force in a pretty safe town. They look for offenders.

US-2

Proctor, MinnesotaFeb 01, 20000 Comments

Proctor Police have been known to watch traffic on westbound US-2 heading into town. Posted Speed Limit drops from 50 to 40, then to 30 at the crest of a hill. They wait just past the crest, coming down the hill into town. The road should be posted at least 35 MPH in town, but the signs are farther out than they need to be. Police only have two (2) hours of training on the radar, and they use K-55, one of the least reliable radar units available.
