This is the circle by the depot and Navarro Chiropractic, as well as KCQ. No one is completely sure of the speed limit around the circle,but it isn’t 20, which is what I went and still got pulled over. They hang out by KCQ and the depot, they pull you over once you get out again on fourth street.
