Roseau, Minnesota Speed Traps

Classic overzealous small-town police department. The speed limit drops from 55 outside of town to eventually 30 when you get into town and police are literally waiting at the sign to greet you. I stayed overnight in this town and counted at least 5 separate cases of people being pulled over near the intersection with State Route 310 in the short time I spent there.
