East end of town there is a Cenex station, he will park in the parking lot n the west side of the gas station and watch speed coming into town coming around the curve

There is a Redimix lot they will often park in and watch speed as you enter or leave town. I’ve seen them there all the time, day or night, week day or weekend, doesn’t matter.
