Police will use radar from oncomming lanes to clock drivers reaching freeway speeds too quickly. Be careful here, as they seem to have VERY little concern for stopping the correct car, as most of the people they stop will either be St John’s University students or from outside the St. Cloud area, and thus unlikely to return to fight the ticket.
