Saint Clair Avenue near Pleasant Avenue
Undercover police cars have been catching people going east-bound down the hill on Saint Clair Avenue and Pleasant, very close to the 35E offramp. I have seen it at all times of the day, but it seems to be most common at night. The police like to sit under the billboard right on that intersection 2-deep. Watch out!
