Highway 16 heading East out of Spring Valley

You will be heading East out of town and as you come around a corner with a nice big tree blocking your view, you will see the beautiful 30 MPH sign and more than likely a police officer hiding behind a sign or just sitting on the side of the road. You also see a 55 MPH sign ~120 yards away. The area should be marked at the least a 40 MPH zone.
