local police like to sit in median under I-90 overpass as it crosses Minn. hwy.60 facing north and catching unsuspecting motorists as speed drops from 60 to 45 and then 30 all in stretch of a third of a mile.

The Highway patrol sits just to the east of exit 42. They are in the median and it is on the bottom of a hill from both east and west
