Shooting radar south on Gates from 4-way stop on Commission Road

Local City Police are constantly in media

Car was on side road where lights were knocke dout by hurricane. No running lights on vehicle at all. Went approximately 20 ft before his strobe lights were the only lights visible. Speed limit signs knocked down in that area aor obscurred by debris from Hurricane Katrina.

At least three car hidden in front of warehouse, 1/2 block down the street. They positioned the car so that radar could be used.

Cruisers park in driveways of homes, usually fourth or fifth house from Hwy 90 behind heavy bushes, and shoot cars turning in. They recently started parking on the opposite side and shooting cars coming from four way stop at second street. Cars look like parked cruisers in front of the house. The officers are on foot.
