On I-20 in Scott County posted speed limit is 70 mph. However, traffic before and after Scott County flows at 80-85. Troopers park on downslopes and curves along interstate stopping unsuspecting out-of-state drivers traveling with usual I-20 traffic flow. Was stopped and ticketed Friday May 10th on 3:10 in afternoon while driving with cruise set at 79 mph as I’d done between Atlanta & Jackson, MS.
