Mt. Vernon Road near US Highway 78
As you are traveling north, they sit on the left just past the intersection of Mt. Vernon and US 78 bridge. It is very hard to go only 30 MPH, and if you aren’t paying careful attention, you’re hosed before you even know it.
At night, this is a Very common place for a roadblock, as it is a main conduit for folks coming in from or going out to the county.

West Main Street near Bissell Baptist Church
If you are on W. Main Street headed towards Pontotoc, there is a grassy turn around area right before you get to Bissell Baptist Church. A cop car is always sitting in the turn around & is pretty well hidden until you are right up on him.

Lumpkin Street near Natchez Trace Parkway
South of the RR tracks and North of the intersection of Marquette and Lumpkin. The cops sit in the apartment parking lots and catch people coming through the bottom: beanfield is East and Natchez Trace parkway is on the west side of lumpkin in this area.
