Arnold PD like to change up their speed traps, I have noticed now that the speedlimit signs lowering the speed limit from 70 to 65 are now past Richardson. the like to get a State police car with either radar or laser, and then both Arnold and Jefferson County will be waiting. this is usually northbound but sometimes southbound. You can count on seeing them whenever there is any kind of road work that will slow people down before hand and then folks try to make up for lost time. Predatory.
State Route 21 near State Route 141
AM Rushhour: Northbound State Route 21 before the Highway 141 exit. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department hides in the median behind some brush/trees & radar. You will see them after it’s too late. They usually have 1 radaring and up to 5 vehicles waiting to pull people over.
State Highway 55 near Arnold Church Road Bypass
Highway 55 past 144 at the Arnold Church Bridge. Cops sit onto of bridge and radar then radio down to cops sitting below.
Lemay Ferry Road near Pomme Road
At the intersection of Lemay Ferry Rd & Pomme Road there is a church with a circle drive the Arnold Police sit there because they can see in both directions on Lemay Ferry & on Pomme
