Beaufort, Missouri Speed Traps

Beaufot city limits is only about 1/4 of a mile long on hwy. 50. Beaufort does not have a police force but between 10:00 pm and 4:00am Franklin county does set up radar in Beaufort. Most of the time it is where Hy. 50 and Hy. 185 intersect. They usually sit in a Voss Market parking lot right on the highway with their lights off. They are also just pulled off to the side of the road sometimes.

DOT Portable scales set up to catch Trucks avoiding St. Clair scales. Once weekly. Some make it, some don’t. Nice to see trucks with Nuclear Placards doing 75 down a windy 2 lane in dilapidated equipment. Maybe Us locals out to tip the cops.
