Brentwood, Missouri Speed Traps

just before the schnucks on brentwood blvd and manchester. durring the the day he is in unmarked grey charger and at night its a marked brentwood car. he sits in random parking lots just over the railroad tracks if you are headed toward manchester. i live down the road and he is there everday pulling people over.

Brentwood Police wait in various areas of Hanley Industrial Court 7 days a week. Speed limit is 20 MPH which is a little low during the week, but is ridiculous on the weekends when there is no one in there. I was ticketed on a Sunday going 36, which is hardly flying through there, in a 20. The cop told me they enforce very seriously due to requests by the businesses. He seemed unmoved when I pointed out that it was Sunday and NO ONE was around.

Brentwood PD now have unmarked cars they sit in business parking lots on either side of the road. No sooner do they get set, they have their lights on. Since I live and work in the area, I TRY to do the ridiculous 30MPH so do not know what the threshold is, do not think it is much though, same as the Rockhill stretch of Manchester.

Brentwood put a whole program together to just "crack down on traffic laws." They bought two Totally unmarked black Dodge Chargers, equipped with very high tech radars. The only way you can tell is they spot light on the driver’s side. I thought it was a modified street car the first time I saw it. They will pull you over all along Manchester Rd, and Brentwood Blvd. They mostly only care about speeding 10+ over the speed limit, but they won’t let you go.
