State Highway 23 near North bound exit from I-70
As you exit #58 from I-70 onto MO23 (also North Main) going toward Waverly there is about 1/2 mile before the speed limit turns to 55 mph that it is 35 mph. The Concordia police set up to give tickets in this 1/2 mile area. The Assistance Police Chief told me that they patrolled this area heavily.
