Farmington, Missouri Speed Traps
US Highway 67 near State Highway Business 32
U.S. 67 South at Farmington. The new exit for those accessing 67 South from Maple Valley. The city police set up the trap on the exit itself shooting at oncoming traffic in the south bound lane. Chaser cars are around the curve waiting to move.

Word of warning if you drive US 67 in the Farmington / Park Hills / Flat River area. Police there (don’t know if this is the city or county) have begun having two cop cars sitting by the side of the road, with the lights on the back one on, to make it look like they’ve already got someone pulled over. Turns out the front car is an unmarked police car, and he’s enforcing traffic. Also, the speed limit at that point on a divided four-lane highway is only 60 miles per hour, so obey it!
State Highway 32 near State Highway 32
Entire length of Hwy 32 from I55 to Farmington, about 22 miles. Speed limit is 55 but trucks and motorists rountinely go well below speed limit and I tried to pass a car and was stopped by a policeman who said you can’t pass cars when coming up to an intersection, only problem is the entire 22 miles has intersections every couple hundred feet but yet lines are dotted so you can pass. I passed in a dotted line area, going the speed limit past a car that was going 45 in a 55. Cops are routinely and heavily on patrol and I have been informed I am not the only one stopped for this reason.
