Fordland, Missouri Speed Traps

This area is comonly patrolled by the Fordland City Police, Webster County Sheriff’s office, and the Missouri Highway Patrol also, speed is checked by aircraft. My advice is to set cruise at 65 when you drive by the city of Fordland, MO as it is only about three miles of Highway 60.

Cruises US 60 east or west at night picking up on the on coming traffic. Township isn’t visable neither bussiness or residentual on either side of the highway.

Setting in the medium in the dark of the night behind a overpass. Was cited for 76mph in 65mph. Yes was speeding but not at rate cited for and was shown proof there of? I had the cruse control set at 71mph. Not contesting this for the fact I was speeding.
