Timberridge Drive near Muegge Road
The St. Peters "Traffic" department…aka Revenue Enhancing Department frequently squats in the Timberridge subdivision near the entrance of Muegge Rd. They claim they’re there to catch Francis Howell North high school speeders….but they sit there ALL Summer and in the mornings AFTER school has started (Hey, these guys can’t start working until they’ve had their coffee and donuts…typically about 9a).
As others have stated, they use a silver Ford Explorer and black Dodge Charger (all tinted windows) to trap their tax paying residents of this subdivision.
St. Peters uses KA band (a report claims they also have radar but I’ve never seen it). I use an Escort 8500 x50 and it works like a charm.
BEWARE in St. Peters. This municipality just LOVES to write tickets so they can increase revenue and spend it on "essential" things like Dodge Chargers (read: sarcasm).
Interstate 360 near Interstate 70
Get this now St. Peters uses a Dodge Charger. Will sit on the shoulder of highway 360 and run radar. Lately He will pull up next to cars and rev his motor, Then when you try to race him he will pull you over for speeding. His car is Black on Black dark tinted windows. Nothing to tell you it’s the St. Peters police. Very Slick!
Mexico Road near St.Peter’s Rex-Plex
In front of the Rex-Plex a motorcycle cop sits near the construction site and gets speeders going over 25 in a construction zone. He can be on either side of Mexico road. So watch out if you are driving past the Rex-Plex!

St.peters uses unmarked suvs now along with a lot of other unmarked cars. All of st peters police use ka radar some use laser. Motercycles as well. Look out for the unmarked suv in the morning hours coming out from a side street using ka radar near barnes- jewish st peters hospital.
(If I did not have a radar detector I would never know it was a cop).Funny thing is the suv cop sits perpendicular to the road witch radar does not work that way. Radar needs to be facing the same way front and back. Some of there cops need to be retrained using radar. Come on st.peters DOUBLE FINE ZONES. Its all about safey Ya right!
Interstate 370 near Spencer Exit
This trap is set up on the entrance ramp of Spencer Road going east bound. They usually set up on the ramp and point toward the 70-370 interchange. they can hit you before you even hit the curve. Got me doing 84 in a 60.
