Hwy 61 between Scott City and Kelso
City PD likes to hide on Grove st and shoot cars coming over the overpass leaving Scott City, and coming into the city from Kelso. They also now have a Laser clocking unit. If you get stopped there you WILL get a ticket. I have a scanner and listen to it quite often. 154.980 and 158.895 if you want to hear what is going on.

Cop parks atop hill on the Scott City side of RR tracks & monitors traffic coming into town past RoseCon from county road.
Nellie Street near City Park
Cop will sit either at the Tennis Court Parking lot or the Horseshoe Pavillion Parking lot and clock people. Also the horse shoe cop will check for people running the stop sign there at 7th and Nellie
Nash Road near Interstate 55
Scott City cop will sit on Nash Road as you are about to go up the hill before the speed limit turns to 60 mph sits on the side access road that leads to HAVCO about 3 poles back
Interstate 55 near Exit Number 89
Cop sits on the levee after the Scott City exit heading north bound, They will also sit southbound after the Scott City exit. They like to do this at night mostly, its so dark you cannot see him without a radar detector i would never see him sitting there.
