Winchester, Missouri Speed Traps
Ballwin Avenue near Sulpher Springs Road
Police cars turn in from Sulpher Springs onto Ballwin Ave and sit there facing down Sulpher Springs waiting for cars to come down the street over the limit. They are there very often just waiting to bust you in the morning while going to work. I have only seen them a couple times in late afternoon/evening. This trap is mainly for morning travelers.
lindy Road
its at lindy and hillcrest…he parks at the park where u cant see him…he alaways gives tickets if u dont stop on the stop sign
Manchester Road near Lindy Street
As you drive Eastbound on Manchester Rd there is a small city (well actually it is really only a subdivision) called Winchester, as you are driveing a patrolman will be sitting in the parking lot of Winchester Plaza and you wont be able to see him until you are just at the intersection of Lindy and Manchester. You have to be very careful of the speed limit and if you are turning into the subdidivision or the strip mall you must use your turn signal or you will get a ticket.
