Glendive, Montana Speed Traps

After dark, patrol car sits just outside of town on west side of highway in approach to a building. This is a few feet from the speed limit sign authorizing highway speed. Prior to this sign it is 45mph. After it is 60/65/70 depending on truck / car/ night/day. Myself and many others have been stopped here as people start naturally accelerating once past the town. The highway patrol office is less than a mile away so I suppose this is a convenient stop to make up their quotas" that they don’t have."
