US Higway 2…2 miles east of Havre
extended speed zone trap… Havre is still out of sight. long straight highway preceeds trap…then a slight hill and curve at speed zone. patrol car is hidden behind small rise just west of 55 mph sign…on south side of road.
patrol car has only 4 seconds to scan you. Slow down at "El Toro Motel" sign…it is your only chance.
