State Highway 2 near As you leave G.I. to the west on Hwy 2
Well patroled with radar especially late afternoon and evenings. Speed limit if very low for a few miles going out of Grand Island to the west on HWY 2.

State Highway South Locust near Interstate Interstate 80 to Grand Island
South Locust from Interstate 80 to Grand Island is very heavily monitored. The patrol have vehicles stopped all the time at all hours of the day. If you want to speed, take Hwy 281 from Interstate 80 to Grand Island. The speed limit is still 55 but seldom do cars travel this speed.
N. Webb Road near West North Front Street
N. Webb Rd from Old Potash to 13th St is an open four lane road with center turn lane with mostly business driveways and a few residential driveway. Officers are always driving up and down this road catching speeders. Speed limit is 35mph.
S. Harrison Avenue
Two city cop cars sitting in a church parking lot on the east side of Harrison between Stolley Park Rd and W. Anna. The street is long, thin and 25 mph. It’s difficult to drive that long street at the speed limit and they probably catch a few folks not doing so.
