Harrisburg, Nebraska Speed Traps

I don’t know where they hide, but I’ve gotten caught speeding here twice. Both times going towards Gering from Kimball. The second time the officer even flew past me and pulled over another motorist then flagged me over by standing in the highway. My radar detector never went off. He told me he got me from a distance so he must be timing drivers between objects, like trees or phone poles. The highway is well constructed, usually has very little traffic, excellent visibility and just invites one to set their cruise control at 85. Don’t do it.
