Rampart Blvd north of Summerlin Parkway
Speed limit is 45 MPH but there are few traffic lights so it is easy to go faster. Especially going northbound there are many places for motorcycle cops to hide. I got a ticket here at Vegas Drive a few years back, and my brother in law just got one here as well.

Smoke Ranch Fire Mesa
Motorcycle cop sits in the East side parking lot of the LDS church on Smoke Ranch Road just east of Fire Mesa street and buffalo. He’s there just about everyday around lunch time.

Bermuda and Silverado Ranch
At least 10 units with a spotter in plain clothes standing on the corner. Construction zone on Bermuda North of Silverado Ranch is being monitored by at least three units.
