The speed limit drops fast from 90 to 50 as you’re heading into Harvey on Hwy 3. The road curves immediately thereafter and your view into Harvey is blocked by woods. The cops will just sit there waiting for you to come around the curve. If you didn’t hit your brakes hard when the speed dropped, the ticket won’t be pretty!
