he sits at rp william early in the morning watching everyone leaving town and coming into town the speed drops from 50 to 30 you basicly have to lock up your brakes to slow down in time

Town Police sit in the driveway of the Bristol Historic Society (200 feet) South of the town square on route 3. Seen during evening rush hour times.
