New Hampton, New Hampshire Speed Traps
Here’s the deal:
New hampton Rt 104 exit. There are FOUR traps in this exit area.
3 are the U-turn service lanes and one is in the trees AT the New Hampton Exit.
MM 68-69 just after the overhead bridge AT the Rt 104 New Hampton Exit ramp. U-turn lane.
MM 69 JUST FEET past the above in the center median in those PINE TREES!
MM 70 U-turn lane just AFTER Rt 104 exit usually radar.
MM 72 U – turn lane after a LONG stretch of interstate. They blend into the trees behind them.
POPULAR FOR LIDAR.
They are tuff on out of state plates. in the summer near the lakes region.
Anywhere in the 35mph zone is extensively patrolled. This is a major access road to the Lakes region and Mt Washington Valley. I have sat at the Dunkin Donuts for 30 minutes and counted at least 5 LEO passes. Notable that the New Hampton backroads (used by locals) are very lightly policed.
