State Highway Route 78 near Diamond Hill Road
There is an opening on the East Bound Side of Rt78. Once you enter rt78 off Diamond Hill Road, after passing the 2 exits for Summit/Watchung Reservation. Look to your right along the high wall. There is an opening and you can cleary see tracks from cars being parked there. I have seen State Troopers many times backed in to that spot. Running Instant On Radar.

Do not go above 35 miles an hour leaving Berkeley Heights especially if your are not white. I have noticed this for many years.
