Route 3 East & West bound near Exit 16-W
Mostly done by Bergen County Police just sitting in plain sight on the shoulder between the passaic river bridge (Lyndhurst NJ) & The Hackensack River bridge (East Rutherford). Where they sit the most is East & West on Route 3 just West of the Turnpike entrance/exit to the Berry’s creek bridge.
