Estell Manor, New Jersey Speed Traps

None- we need camera’s out there Mr. John Wagner of 123 Cumberland Ave. and whose mother lives @ approx.102 8th Street. Frequently drive wrecklessly speeding up and down the street’s especially at night time and it doesn’t matter with what vehicle they use ATV’s, Trucks and cars. Please help! camera’s set in that area between Rt. 49 down Cumberland ave at the Corners of 8th and 115- 121 Cumberland Ave. and he continues to race towards Rt. 557 because they own property on that triangulated corner. Can camera’s be placed there even though he will take them down for sure?
