When on 208 coming North, if you get off the Exit for Deboer drive (leading to Harristown road towards glen Rock), there will sometimes be cones set up along the middle of the road and a cop standing in the middle of the road walking up and down with a radar gun, but he’s actually checking for SEATBELTS. he will flag you, and then give you a ticket. he almost gave me one, but I had my seatbelt on he couldnt see it cause it was a black belt on a black t shirt.

Van Winkle Avenue near Lincoln Avenue

Hawthorne, New JerseyJun 07, 20070 Comments

The speed limit on Van Winkle Avenue is 25 mph and very unrealisitc to maintain while going up or coming down the hill on Van Winkle Avenue. Policeman is usually standing and holding a radar in hands with no police car around. By the time a person sees him, it’s too late.

They sit and wait in the parkin lot of the dunkin donuts on goffle road. I’ve seen them many times coming home at around 1 on the weekends. You don’t see them until you pass under the overpass.
