I live on Washington Avenue and see it all the time.
Washington Avenue near Pascack Road
Washington Ave, off of Garden State Parkway exit 168. Heading east toward Pascack Rd, at bottom of hill before bus stop on westbound side. Cops hang out there and nail you coming too fast down the hill.
Garden State Parkway near Mile Marker 168
southbound side around MM 168 theres an overpass for washington ave (between the montvale rest stop and exit 165). cops like to sit behind the overpass on the left side…troopers around here are generally leinient (sp?) as ive gotten off after being stopped for doing 90

Officer routinely hides under the overpass, on the left side of the parkway shoulder, directly underneath Washington Avenue.
Pascack Rd. at Church Rd.
As you drive down Pascack Rd. southbound, you’ll be passing the Pascack Reservoir on your left hand side. As you approach a large brown church, you can make a left onto Church Rd. This road is a long causeway that crosses the reservoir. The speed limit is posted at 25 mph, but exceeding the limit comes easy as the road seems a long drag. While accelerating, an automatic radar post rises from the causeway, relaying your speed to the policeman waiting on the other side. TAKE CARE!!! My sister informed me that her boyfriend, his father, and a family friend have all been ticketed here.
