They always sit around that bend near PNC Arts Center (ex. 117) on the express side, waiting for people to speed by. They always get you there too. I had court for a ticket at PNC and the judge said, "there is always someone sitting there, come on, dont u know any better by now?" So. Watch out tourists.

Going down Holmdel Road towards the intersection of Holmdel Rd & Rt 520, there will oftentimes be a Holmdel squad car shooting radar from within the long driveway to enter Vonage headquarters (ex Prudential P&C Building). The speed limit drops from 50mph to what I think is a posted 40mph around this area. But of course, since it’s a long straightaway, it’s easy to come into the trap at 60ish.

On the Garden State Parkway approaching the PNC Arts Center turn off the Troopers are coming and going back to the Holmdel barracks. Anywhere between mile marker 113 and 114.5 is highly patrolled area… I have seen many a speeder stopped there.

On the express side going north bound, theres alittle half circle cut out. It comes up quick but usually they leave their radars on so u can pick them up pretty far away.
