After turning right or left onto Applegarth from Forsgate the road will begin to wind around with large sweeping curves. 100 yards before you reach the Roosmoor traffic light a Trooper will be facing you from the center island. It’s 35MPH and you can’t slow quick enough. This location is generally manned during mornings 8-9 and afternoons 4-5.

On the cars only lane after passing the exit ramp to the tollgate, a state trooper sits behind the abutment of that ramp. You don’t see it until the very last second, and then you’re nailed.
