Speed Limit drops quickly from 45 to 25 in No.Branch – police are very vigilant – also checking on inspection stickers

Bedminster and Branchburg police officers seem to have cross jurisdiction in the area just outside of the Community College. Those going from 50mph to 35mph limit seem to get nabbed quite readily, especially on the half hours (nabbing poor school children who are unfortunately late for their all important classes). At night they like to get people who jump the gun on the 50mph zone coming from route 28 towards 78.

Visual trap. Because of the excessive angle and the fact that westbound drivers on Rt 28 are looking over their left shoulder as they merge with Rt 22, they fail to see a stop sign or the officer sitting in a driveway on the right at the intersection.
