Cooper Rd. Near NJ Rt. 73
Posted limit drops from 35 mph to 25 mph Southbound, from 45 mph to 25 mph Northbound.. I have observed an officer siting on wide side street (Lake Villa Dr.) using radar on numerous occasions and, less usually on other side on two other side streets (Paradise Ln or Robin Dr.) in residential section. Also there is a not so well posted restriction on non-local truck traffic over 5 tons.

An unmarked black SUV with several aerial antennas on the roof patrols the Safe Corridor Zone on Route 73. It is a 50-55 mph speed limit zone.
