Voorhees, New Jersey Speed Traps

This trap is on Burnt Mill Rd at the old Wachovia next to the Dunkin’ Donuts, across from the Ashland Speedline. There’s an unmarked SUV, dark color (Blue?) with tinted windows there 2-3 days a week. Most people are not speeding at that time of day, they’re sitting in traffic. But if you try to create your own left turn lane (bypassing traffic so you can make a left onto Evesham) you WILL get pulled over. I’ve seen it happen a few times.

On Cooper Road, west of Rt 73, posted at 25 MPH, frequent enforcement

This is a 4 lane road, with a 25 Mph speed limit, a business zone in fact which is usually 30-35. stranger still in this area even a residental side street gets a faster 30-35 mph speed limit. But the 25 mph business zone(they say its residental) is strictly enforced too, because you will get pulled over for going 3 over the limit too, and even in court, they will give you a hard time fighting that. Stranger still, it goes up to 40 like 1/2 mile up, and its 35 from Atlantic Ave in Stratford to the bridge. Most of the cops hide behind the coop chicken wing place, or in the car wash, and they are quick to get u and ticket you, while not being friendly at all.
