State Highway 57 near State Route 31
A Police Officer will sit in his car in the town parking lot on eastbound side of 57. When driving in to the town, the cops will pull you over for over due inspection sticker and seat belt. This is wonderful for people driving to the inspection station around the corner on 31.
Prospect Street near Warren Near Middle School
Officer hiding in driveway out of sight, 25 mph, no one in entire area that time of day, no one does 25 on that street or any other street with that kind of quiet area.
Van Emburgh Avenue
Washington Township Police, sit at all hours of the day and night, in the parking lot of Immaculate Heart Academy Catholic School, waiting for motorists to exceed the ridiculous 25 MPH speed limit. Exceed the limit by ANY amount, and you are a candidate for a speeding summons!
State Route 46
At bottom of hill coming from Mount Olive on Rt 46, there is usually a cop sitting at the bottom at the park and ride turnaround
Blackwood Barnsboro Road near Washington Way Apartments
cops sit on the right or left side of the road along the apartment complex. The speed limit drops from 50 to 30 mph. My wife was ticketed for 35 Mph. She saw the cop and thought 35 was safe,she told this to the officer and was told anything over 30 was fair game.This trap has been worked for at least 20 years or longer.
