Albuquerque, New Mexico Speed Traps
Ouray and Coors NW
3 radio cars stopped in church parking lot near corner of Coors and Ouray, with 3 cops, each taking turns using a hand-held photo radar (not picked up by my detector like normal ABQ speedtraps). Enforcement comes as low as 5 mph over limit (which is 30 mph). Also enforcing stop signs in that area (no rolling stops allowed). Speeders are pulled over in groups, so being in the middle of a pack does not good.
wyoming and harper
APD likes to sit in the median with lights off and sometimes with their yellow head lights on. they are facing east on wyoming. they are either in using crown fic. cars or their bikes.
