Center Turning Lane near Paradise Boulevard
APD Motorcycle and Car patrolmen are pulling cars over for driving in the center turning lane. The cars driving in the center lane are also speeding. I have seen no less than 10 cars waiting in line to be ticketed.
Frontage Road near Exit Number Lomas
Exit speed is 65, immediately the frontage road becomes 45 MPH. Officer is waiting or a van is waiting. It does not allow anytime to decrease your speed.
Layton Road near Eubank Boulevard
On any southwest side street off Layton Road between Eubank blvd and Academy. speed limit is 25 mph, a residential area. will stop you 30 mph. Patrol car will post there not too frequently.
Red light camera intersections
All red light cameras in Albuquerque are now also speeding cameras. They will catch you if you go 10 mph over the limit, even while the light is green. According to news articles, the intersections include: Montgomery and Eubank, Montgomery and Wyoming, Montgomery and San Mateo, Paseo del Norte and Coors, Juan Tabo and Lomas and San Mateo and Menaul. However, there are also cameras at Wyoming and Menual. Additionally, the 3 speeding vans will be randomly deployed in school zones, and will ticket if you go 5 mph over the limit.
Tramway Boulevard near Montgomery Boulevard
Cops are pulling everyone over whos speeding on the bridge between manitoba and montgomery on tramway during the night. It is very dark and you can not see the pigs until your lights hit them……there were about 6 cop cars parked in the middle of the road
