State Highway 18 North near Mile Marker 6

Coming into Jal on 18 North the speed limit is 65. At approx. mile marker 6 there is a "Reduced Speed Ahead" sign. Very shortly thereafter, it changes to 55. There is a very very short distance between the signs. In addition, the police have been out at night hiding between parked vehicles with no lights visible.
