Police regularly are around the irrigation ditches and the Baptist Church parking lot. The speed limit is 30mph which is really slow for the long stretch of road.

Manzano Expressway near Ann Parish School
When you are going back down the hill from Meadowlake on the Manzano Expressway where the speed limit is 50 MPH, just past Ann Parish Elementary, there is usually a state police officer sitting at the bottom of the hill. As you crest over this hill the speed limit drops to 35MPH. This gives you no time to slow down, and the officer is just waiting for you as you crest over the hill.
