Red Bank, New Mexico Speed Traps

A police car sets up right behind a giant row of bushes at the bottom of a steep hill where the speed limit goes down 10 MPH’s. I usually a car pulled over every day on my way to school. He sets up right by a speed decrease right below a giant hill and i think this is unfair.
