Rio Rancho, New Mexico Speed Traps

Motorcycle cops are out nearly every day, especially in the am and sometimes late pm on Rio Rancho Blvd but they are more congregated from KMart down to Chalmer’s/Albuquerque – Rio Rancho city line.

Police in vehicles and on bikes, even standing around, on both sides of Hwy 528 — mostly coming up into Rio Rancho and in front of Intel. All over the city, watch your turn signals, speed and SEAT BELTS! They especially like to sit in parking lots and catch you without your seatbelt. A very arrogant bunch of fellows, they’ll do anything to reach their quota.
