Roosevelt, New Mexico Speed Traps

They have change the speed limit between Dora and Portales and the set in the ditch and can’t be seen till you are already there. They will pull you over for going one mph over.

Front and Back moving radar. Very few (if any) regularly posted speed limit signs. I was traveling 70 and was told that speed limit was 60 and well posted. Ticket indicates posted speed limit was 65 and I was traveling 75. I was an out of state traveler and was told that I had to check "guilty" on ticket or be required to return to jurisidiction where ticket was issued or be subject to arrest.
