Roy, New Mexico Speed Traps

Trap is in Roy,NM. Coming from the north and heading into Roy there is a bend with trees that blocks the town and the first speed limit sign. After you come around the bend you’ll see the town and the first speed limit sign ,which is twenty-five, but it’s blocked by a street sign so if your not paying attention you’ll miss it. They also have the police stationed right at the beginning of the town.

Be sure to slow down as you enter town on Hwy 39 from US 56 and on Hwy 39 from Mosquero. The Roy Police has a new unit that you will definately be suprised to know it’s a PD unit. You should already know to slow down as you enter any New Mexico town as the speed limit always goes down. Slow down or pay the fine; he’ll be waiting for you.
