Police sit in car with radar behind school gym hidden by the schools trash compactor. Speed limit signs state "15 mph when children are present". Officer determines when children are present. Signs stay up year round. Avoid this area if possible!

US Highway 60/70/84 near Main Street of Texico
Texico is a border town on the Texas/New Mexico state line where three major US highways converge thru the small town’s main street. There is a port of entry at the edge of town. The three highways then continue 10 miles on to Clovis, NM. City police cars in and around Texico use radar along the roadside 24/7. (US 60/70/84 merge thru town)

They have black patrol units with no light bars and can be invisible,especially at night. They could be anywhere.
