Court street Rt 11 in the City of Binghamton both east and west bound extensive use of lasers and unmarked cars.

Vestal Parkway ( Rt 434) at South Washington Street westbound enforced from the Pennsylvania Ave bridge above the parkway.

The Police Officer parks his Police Car on private property in an Apartment Parking Lot that is labeled "Tenants Only". With trees blocking your view, you can’t see when you travel eastbound him until you pass him. The Police Officer also has been observed giving tickets to west bound drivers; but it is easier to see the Police Car when traveling westbound.
