So common they’ve paved the pullouts for state police to park (hide) while waiting for any traffic exceeding 60 MPH. These are strategically placed at areas of natural cover, on the Northbound side ofthe highway to catch unsuspecting infrequent travelers from the city. Apparently a major source of county revenue. $300
